There are a variety of outlets ranging from apparel stores to banks, offering everything a customer may need. The grocery stores provide a wide choice of fresh and affordable items and the restaurants offer delicious food choices for dine-in or take-out. Holland Drive Condo residents will find Jelita Shopping Centre an ideal location for their shopping needs. The shopping centre is a perfect destination for a weekend outing with the family, with plenty of activities for everyone. Whether you’re looking for a new outfit or a simple bite to eat, Jelita Shopping Centre ensures you’ll have a convenient and enjoyable shopping experience.

Relf’s position encompasses responsibilities both within and outside the Asia Pacific region. Relf will also be collaborating with the Knight Frank team in Australia to create a network of local partners and identify new opportunities, particularly in the Australian Built-To-Rent (BTR) market.

With the continued growth of the living sectors, Knight Frank’s appointment of Relf as head of the Asia Pacific is a natural step in broadening their expertise. It is clear that they have recognized the importance of the living sectors market in the future, and Relf’s knowledge and experience in the industry will be instrumental in this expansion.
