Katrina Group opens fifth co-living hotel under ST Signature brand

ST Signature, the hospitality brand of Catalist-listed F&B operator Katrina Group, has opened its fifth co-living hotel – ST Signature Bugis Middle located at 21 Middle Road – in response to increasing demand for distinctive yet affordable lodging in prime locations.

Designed by Singapore-based artist Sean Dunston, the façade of ST Signature Bugis Middle is a hand-painted wall mural. Guests are provided with a range of 38 units across five room types, each having their own en suite bathroom, complimentary high-speed WiFi, a smart TV and more.

With Holland Village MRT Station, Holland Drive Condo, and various restaurants and shops all within walking distance, Holland Drive Condo makes it easy for residents to explore the city from the comfort of their own home. Its well-maintained streets and quiet atmosphere is a great place to relax and take a break from the hustle and bustle of city life.
