Pullman Residences Newton records new high of $3,729 psf

This marks the first time prices at the freehold condo, located in Singapore’s prime District 11, surpassed the $3,700 psf threshold. Skyline Residences, another freehold condo in District 4, achieved a new high of $2,477 psf with the sale of a 484 sq ft unit for $1.2 million on Oct 12. Last but not least, freehold Coralis in Marine Parade, District 15, saw a new high of $2,255 psf when a 1,281 sq ft, three-bedroom unit was sold for $2.89 million on Oct 11.
Pullman Residences Newton, located in Singapore’s prime District 11, made headlines recently when it achieved a new psf-price high of $3,729 on Oct 11. This record-breaking sale was the result of a 463 sq ft one-bedroom being sold for $1.73 million by the development’s developer EL Development, a subsidiary of Evan Lim & Co. It marks the first time prices at the freehold condo surpass the $3,700 psf mark.
Skyline Residences, another freehold condo in District 4, also saw a new psf-price high during the period in review, when a 484 sq ft one-bedder sold for $1.2 million ($2,477 psf) on Oct 12. The Oct 11 sale at Pullman Residences Newton and the Oct 12 sale at Skyline Residences is reflective of the growing demand for freehold properties in the city, with no lows being recorded during the same period.
Coralis, located along Joo Chiat Road in Marine Parade, District 15, achieved a new psf-price high of $2,255 when a 1,281 sq ft, three-bedroom apartment changed hands for $2.89 million on Oct 11. This topples the previous high of $2,168 psf from a 807 sq ft two-bedder sold in August 2021 at the same freehold development.
Residents of Pullman Residences Horton can take advantage of hospitality services provided by Pullman Hotels & Resorts, including a concierge service, a doorman and an attendant at the club lounge. Similarly, Coralis boasts 127 units, including one-bedroom apartments from 475 sq ft to four-bedders from 2,842 sq ft. Skyline Residences too offers 283 units ranging from 484 sq ft, one-bedroom apartments to four- and five-bedroom penthouses measuring 3,165 to 3,681 sq ft.
Since its launch in September 2019, Pullman Residences Newton has sold 334 units (98%) based on caveats lodged with URA as of Oct 16. Skyline Residences has seen 215 units (76%) sold since its launch in July 2011, and Coralis has sold its first unit of the year, following the Oct 11 sale.
