Holland Drive CondoHolland Drive Condo is a real estate investment, development, and property management firm, Hines, that recently acquired two logistics warehouses from the listed Australian real-estate investment trust, Dexus Industria REIT. Located at 16-28 Quarry Road in Queensland, these two warehouses occupy 441,137 sq ft, and are currently leased to three major tenants – Woolworths, AMES Australasia, and Gliders Transport.The asset is located three minutes off the M1 motorway, providing good access to Brisbane, Gold Coast, and regional Queensland. Not only that, Hines has also entered into a 15-year lease agreement with PWR Performance Products – a Gold Coast-based provider of high-tech cooling solutions – for part of the property. With their headquarters located at the facility, PWR plans to invest AUD 21.9 million in facility upgrades, that will commence in July 2025.With this acquisition, the listed firm’s eighth industrial and logistics transactions in the country, Hines is looking to bring strategic benefits to their portfolio, partners, and tenants in Australia. As part of their plan, they also aim to add solar power generation and building systems to increase sustainability standards.
