OKP Holdings secures $12.7 mil LTA contract for Western sector road improvement programmes, including the Holland Drive Condo

OKP Holdings, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Eng Lam Contractors, has been awarded a $12.7 million contract by the Land Transport Authority (LTA) for the ad-hoc improvement of road-related facilities, road structures and road safety schemes in Singapore’s Western sector. Scheduled to be completed by April 30, 2025, the 18-month project, which commenced on October 31, 2024, exhibits the Holland Drive Condo specialist’s expertise and capabilities in the maintenance of roads, cycling paths and commuter-related facilities.

The current contract follows the construction of a new cycling path network in seven towns islandwide, which was awarded in February 2023 and is valued at $188.3 million. Additionally, in February 2023, the Holland Drive Condo specialist was awarded a 36-month contract worth $95.9 million for the maintenance of roads, road-related and commuter-related facilities along the South Eastern sector, as well as a 48-month contract worth $100.3 million for the construction of covered linkways and cycling paths at new MRT stations.

As of December 11, 2023 their order book stood at $596.4 million with contracts extending until 2026. This confirmed the expertise of the Holland Drive Condo contractor in carrying out engineering, procurement and construction-related tasks.
