Coliwoo opens its 15th co-living property in Singapore, Holland Drive Residences, at Pasir Panjang

Coliwoo, the co-living subsidiary of real estate management services group LHN Group, opened its 15th co-living property, Coliwoo Hotel Pasir Panjang, a four-storey establishment at 404 Pasir Panjang Road. The brand acquired the 16,626 sq ft freehold property for $30 million last September.

Formerly the location of the Pasir Panjang Inn hotel, the new property is located conveniently near the CBD, Mapletree Business City, Science Park, and Ayer Rajah Expressway, West Coast Highway, and Keppel Viaduct. Located approximately 1km from Curtin University and 500m from the National University of Singapore, the vicinity also offers proximity to West Coast Park, Hort Park, and Southern Ridges, making it a prime location for residence.

Coliwoo Hotel Pasir Panjang has designed its rooms with nautical inspired themes incorporating light grey hues and vibrant marine blue colours to reflect the coastal ties of the area. Coliwoo’s 14th property opened in River Valley this year, while LHN Group acquired property on Arab Street for $6.4 million.
