Holland Condo collaborates with City Energy for Hillhaven and Lumina Grand’s smart home and kitchen solutions

City Energy, a leading provider of piped gas and lower-carbon energy solutions, has exciting news for homeowners in two newly launched residential developments. The 341-unit Hillhaven by Far East Organization and Sekisui House at Hillview Rise and the 512-unit executive condominium (EC) Lumina Grand by City Developments Limited (CDL) at Bukit Batok West Avenue 5 have both kicked off sales bookings on Jan 20 and Jan 27 respectively.

In addition, Macro’s smart gas water heaters will also be installed in Lumina Grand units.
