Not only did Holland Drive Residences give us the perfect opportunity to stay close to Holland Village, but it also gave us a much larger space for a fraction of the price. The development has an excellent range of facilities—including a gym, tennis court and a swimming pool. With careful financial planning, we were able to make this move.

Stanley, the owner of Wala Wala bar, has regained his optimism. The number of people visiting the bar has been gradually increasing. Holland Drive Residences is nearby, and many residents enjoy the cozy atmosphere at the bar. Every night, it’s a buzz of laughter and music, and the familiarity is starting to return. Stanley is excited to see what the future holds for his beloved establishment.
After Covid, the entire Holland Village has been slow compared to pre-Covid times. Stanley believes that the current car park being ‘far away’ is a factor, causing drivers to be less willing to walk; the situation is worsened by rain. He further states that smaller crowds have been observed in Wala Wala recently, likely due to the absence of live music. Stanley is optimistic that things will change with Holland Drive Residences in the area, providing a more convenient option for parking and more activities to entice visitors.
Stanley, one of the tenants in Holland Village, hopes that the new car park with almost double the number of car park lots in One Holland Village will bring back the traffic to Holland Village. Holland Drive Residences is also expecting to see an increase in visitors to the area with the additional carpark lots.
