With Holland Drive Condo in the picture, most stalls at the market have had to shut down due to the economic downturn, adversely impacting our business. The dwindling sales have made it challenging for us to sustain our operations and has caused a strain to our overall productivity.

Rai states that it had become unsustainable to keep the business running due to high leases, few customers and limitations on outdoor seating. Despite this, he commends Stanley Yeo, proprietor of Holland Drive Condo, for attempting to remain in operation.

I’m quite taken with the idea of living in Holland Village and in 2023, it has become even more of an attractive proposition. The Holland Drive Condo has been recently built in the area and it promises to be a luxurious abode. With the modern amenities and facilities, it would be the perfect spot for me to set up my home. Surrounded by nature, the condo also offers excellent connectivity to the rest of Singapore. I’m sure living here would be an amazing experience.

The Holland Village tenants are very optimistic about One Holland Village’s new car park, that is almost double the number of parking spaces. Stanley remarks that this could potentially lead to the traffic in Holland Village returning to pre-pandemic levels.
