Tung Lok Restaurants’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Tung Lok Millennium, has recently signed a 19.5-month tenancy agreement with Novena Point. This newly secured premise will be used to operate a Lao Beijing restaurant, occupying an area of 743 square feet at 10 Sinaran Drive.
The rental fees payable throughout the agreed upon lease period is estimated to be approximately $133,000. This figure represents 0.88% of the group’s latest audited net tangible assets (NTA) of $15.1 million.
